Refund & Return Policy

At The Floor Touch, we are committed to delivering high-quality rugs and carpets along with exceptional customer service. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please review our return and exchange policy below.


1. Inspect Upon Delivery

  • We recommend that you inspect your order at the time of delivery.
  • If any damage or issue is noticed, please inform the delivery personnel immediately.
  • If inspection is not possible at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept return or exchange requests submitted after this 24-hour period.

 

2. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • An incorrect item was delivered.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.

 

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If your item meets the criteria above, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery through one of the following methods:

Please include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief explanation. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps if eligible.

 

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Customized or clearance items
  • Personal-use items (e.g., if applicable to your product range)

 

5. Exchange Process & Timeline

Once your request is approved:

  • A replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or issue store credit.
